About Our Church

Christ Miracle Mission Miracle Worldwide started in 1989 in Akure, Ondo State with the first service held at 7a, Adebowale Street, Oke-Aro area of the state and later moved to 36, Ifelodun Street, Oke-Ijebu, Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria, which is currently the National Headquarters of the ministry.

However, this little beginning metamorphosed into a full-fledged ministry when it moved to Lagos in 1995. The residence of Elder R.A. Alabi, at 3, Remi Fani-Kayode, GRA, Ikeja-Lagos, hosted the first service in Lagos which was an all-night in January 28^th, 1995. For many reasons, it remained monthly vigil services only for months. With the miracles wrought this monthly convergence of saints, it became a place to be and subsequently, the Lagos parish was birth under the leading of the Holy Ghost after the September 27^th, 1996, vigil service. This was in fulfillment of the earlier prophecy in Akure that the Prophet of God was only in the state for eight years.

The first Sunday service took place in a rented apartment at Shola Motors Building in Oregun, Lagos on September 29^th, 1996 and lasted for three years with signs, wonders, and manifestations in diverse areas of peoples’ lives. It was indeed a blessed and glorious beginning of God’s purpose through the man of God, Prophet Peter Abiola Adebisi to mankind. Indeed, it was a period of unforgettable testimonies to the congregants and God added to His flock on a daily basis. In March 2000, according to the leading of the Holy Spirit, the church made an exodus to the present site and International Headquarters in Akiode, Ojodu-Berger, Lagos, Nigeria, terminated the tenancy state of the church, dominating the area, state and the nation for God.

The vision of the church to be present in 168 countries and beyond kick-started after the birth of the International Headquarters. Presently, the parishes and zonal representation are virtually in all states of Nigeria with international parishes in London, Ipswich UK, Lutton, Germany, New York, Midland Texas, Indianapolis, Florida, Dallas Texas, Illinois Chicago, Houston Texas, (USA), Canada, Ghana, Benin Republic, Paraku, South Africa, Kenya with over 120 pastors and the list is still on.

In January 2015, the MIRACLE AND TESTIMONY CITY was born, situated at KLM 50, Lagos Ibadan Expressway, Ogun State, Nigeria and the Rocket (Missile) of the church is just taking off.
